Job Description:

The role involves providing crucial technical support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. This entails troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, as well as managing user accounts and access controls.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver remote and deskside support to staff
Install, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS operating systems
Manage user accounts and access controls in Active Directory and O365
Support cloud-based and on-premise IT environments
Document troubleshooting steps and IT procedures
Collaborate with IT team to resolve complex issues

Requirements:

Proficiency in Android Development
Familiarity with Cisco Technologies
Knowledge of Citrix Technologies
Experience in Computer Hardware
Proficiency in Dell Technologies
Experience with Active Directory
Ability to support Apple Devices
Familiarity with Backup Technologies
Experience in Configuration Management
