Job Description:

We are in the process of hiring a Desktop Support Analyst for our team in the metal fabrication industry, located in Cypress, California. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be tasked with handling IT-related issues, including support for desktops, laptops, printers, and handheld scanners. Your proficiency in operating systems, applications, and technologies will be crucial to your role.

Job Responsibility:

Provide support for desktop and application technologies
Manage virtualization technologies and active directory operations
Troubleshoot networking protocols
Support VPN applications and Microsoft products
Offer web browser support
Utilize IT Service Management Systems
Handle operating systems
Manage mobile device management (MDM) solutions
Support remote desktop protocols
Provide support for email systems
Implement endpoint security solutions
Offer printer and peripheral support
Use collaboration tools effectively
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Android Development
Support Cisco Technologies
Familiarity with Citrix Technologies
Diagnose and repair Computer Hardware issues
Experience with Dell Technologies
Manage and maintain Active Directory
Support Apple Devices
Ensure data protection and recovery with Backup Technologies
Maintain system security standards and configurations

Requirements:

Proficiency in operating systems, applications, and technologies
Strong working knowledge of Windows OS and desktop productivity tools
Experience with virtualization technologies and active directory operations
Understanding of networking protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
Support for VPN applications and Microsoft products
Web browser support for Chrome, Edge
Experience with IT Service Management Systems like ServiceNow
Knowledge of operating systems like Windows, MacOS, Linux
Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions and file-sharing platforms
Support for remote desktop protocols and tools
Experience with email systems and protocols
Implementation of endpoint security solutions
Printer and peripheral support
Proficiency in Android Development
Knowledge of Cisco Technologies
Familiarity with Citrix Technologies
Strong understanding of Computer Hardware
Experience with Dell Technologies
Proficient in managing and maintaining Active Directory
Ability to support Apple Devices
