Job Description:

We are seeking a Desktop Support Professional for one of our legal clients in DTLA. Responsibilities include supporting attorneys and staff in optimizing firm technology through training and coaching, maintaining expertise in firm applications and technologies, utilizing the service management system to track and resolve technical issues, and communicating with IT teams to ensure local office needs are addressed.

Job Responsibility:

Support attorneys and staff in optimizing firm technology through training and coaching
Maintain expertise in firm applications (Microsoft Office, iManage DMS, etc.) and technologies (workstations, remote access, mobile devices, printers, phones)
Utilize the service management system to track and resolve technical issues, identify trends, and recommend training or system enhancements
Communicate with IT teams to ensure local office needs are addressed
Assist in managing and securing information, including email, document handling, file transfers, and remote access
Participate in quality assurance testing and gather user feedback

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Desktop Support Analyst role or similar within the legal industry
Extensive knowledge of Computer Hardware
Experience working with Dell Technologies
Familiarity with Active Directory
Ability to work with Apple Devices
Knowledge of Backup Technologies
Experience with Configuration Management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Experience with iManage or similar document management systems
