Job Description:

Our growing client is actively seeking an experienced, dedicated and innovative mid-level Desktop Support Specialist. Their ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging their skills to drive necessary technical operations in our firm, ensuring that all our desktop systems are running smoothly.

Job Responsibility:

Troubleshooting and Problem Solving
Hardware and Software Installation
Operating System Configuration and Support
Network Connectivity and Troubleshooting
Active Directory Administration
Remote Desktop Support
Hardware and Software Upgrades
Virus and Malware Removal

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or in a similar role
Proficiency in Computer Hardware, Active Directory, and Backup Technologies
Experience with Configuration Management, Desktop Administration, and Desktop Applications
Familiarity with Desktop as a Service, Desktop Deployment, and Desktop Environment
Hands-on experience with Desktop Hardware and PC Desktop - Workstation
Proven skills in Remote Desktop Support and Windows Remote Desktop
Ability to provide technical support and resolve issues efficiently
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Relevant certifications or qualifications are advantageous
Willingness to stay updated with new technologies and industry trends
