Job Description:

This role is in the technology industry, where you will manage and mentor a team of DevOps, Systems, and Network engineers, ensuring alignment between development and operations teams.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and guide a team of DevOps, Systems, and Network engineers
Implement and manage DevOps strategies, such as CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated testing frameworks
Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of IT systems
Monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks
Facilitate collaboration between development and operations teams
Oversee the setup and maintenance of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
Drive automation initiatives
Lead incident response teams
Conduct post-mortem analysis
Implement, maintain and ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience with Amazon EC2
Proficiency in Ansible for configuration management and application deployment
Knowledge of Apache ANT+ tools and their application in software development
Demonstrable experience managing Apache Tomcat web server
Familiarity with Atlassian Jira for project management and issue tracking
Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies
Proven abilities in automation techniques and tools
Broad knowledge of AWS technologies and their application in DevOps
Experience in cluster analysis for troubleshooting purposes
Expertise in configuration management best practices
