Job Description:

Our partner, Air France-KLM, is currently looking for a Digital Content Editor Team Leader to oversee a talented team that ensures the Company’s website and app content is up to date in all languages. A role focused on managing workflows, improving digital content processes, and analyzing performance indicators in a dynamic, international environment.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a team of 5 to 6 Digital Content Editors for daily tasks, deliverables & projects
Is the main point of contact and liaises with the Clients’ company to align processes and workflows
Oversees training and HR processes, building a successful & skilled team
Manages workload distribution & working in proximity with other teams
Manages daily tasks and projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion
Collaborates with other team leaders and supports team alignment
Continuously improves Digital Content management in its broadest sense
Analyzes and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

Strong leadership and team management skills
At least 5 years of experience in a digital content leadership role
Deep understanding of digital marketing analytics and reporting
Fluent in English
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Experience using Content Management Systems is a plus
Experience with project management methodologies is a plus
