Job Description:

Our partner, Air France-KLM Business Service Center, is currently looking for a Digital Content Editor to contribute to a dynamic team where you can grow your career and make a real impact. We are seeking a Digital Content Editor to create content and guarantee timely publishing of content, translations and to take care of trackability. Job Responsibility:

Maintain the accuracy and up-to-dateness of content on information pages
Manage AFKL Label Management: Coordinate with product teams on content for applications on the AFKL website, optimizing processes and ensuring timely information updates
Facilitate translation for AF and KL, and manage accounts and functionalities within the label management tool
Guarantee compliance in information management and easy information retrieval
Manage content for emergency and disruption management, providing timely information across all platforms
Coordinate with Amsterdam-based teams, the Operations Center, and stakeholders during disruptions or emergencies
Ensure timely and visible messaging across all platforms, coordinating translations when needed
Participate in the Emergency Response Management (ERM) team as required

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree
Fluency in English
Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
Ability to work precisely, even under pressure
You are a digital native, eager to learn and utilize our Content Management System and other tools
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a digital content environment

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Salesforce
