Job Description:

Our partner, Air France-KLM Business Service Center Budapest, is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Expert to drive impactful campaigns and contribute to the company’s growth and success.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels
Execute email marketing campaigns
Develop and execute lifecycle and service marketing initiatives
Mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support
Support Salesforce data management and reporting
Provide backup support to the Team Lead, assisting junior colleagues in deliverables and learning
Manage CRM activities and customer communication
Plan and execute digital marketing activities aligned with organizational goals

Requirements:

Proficient in internet and email usage and MS Office applications
Fluent in English
At least 2 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role is preferred
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
Experience with various digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media advertising platforms, CRM systems, email marketing platforms)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns
