We are looking for our next Digital Marketing Manager.

Job Responsibility:

Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that prioritize market understanding and customer insights
Digital Presence Evaluation: Assess and enhance our company overall digital footprint in the market
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and other teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of strategies
Business Insight: Provide informed recommendations based on market data to influence product development and business strategies
Performance Monitoring: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly
Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry developments to position our company as a market leader

Requirements:

Master's degree in Management or a related field
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles with the ability to think from an outside-in perspective
Strategic Mindset: Proven experience in formulating and executing strategic marketing initiatives
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable insights
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively across various departments
Innovative Thinking: Creative problem-solving skills with a forward-thinking approach
Technical Knowledge: While not the focus, a basic understanding of digital marketing tools is beneficial
Availability to work in Alfragide
