Job Description:

Our partner, Air France-KLM, is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Team Leader. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Team Leader to drive impactful campaigns, lead a talented team, and contribute to the company’s growth and success. Job Responsibility:

Managing a team of 7-10 Digital Marketeers for daily tasks, deliverables & projects
Point of entry for customers, working in collaboration for plans and execute digital marketing activities aligned with organizational goals and customer satisfaction
Oversee training and HR processes, building a successful & skilled team
Manage workload distribution & working in proximity with other teams
Manage daily tasks and projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion
Collaborate with other team leaders and support team alignment
Continuously improve digital marketing strategies, campaign management, processes, social media & other digital activities
Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

Strong leadership and team management skills
At least 5 years of experience in a digital marketing leadership role
Proficient in various digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing)
Deep understanding of digital marketing analytics and reporting
Fluent in English
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Experience with project management methodologies is a plus
