Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a Digital Ops Specialist to become part of our team. This position is located onsite in Irvine, California, and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Digital Ops Specialist, your primary task would be to manage eblast projects, with a significant emphasis on data entry, proofreading, and project traffic management. This role does not cover social media management or content creation.

Job Responsibility:

Handle high volumes of work while maintaining attention to detail
Manage eblast projects via our project management system
Conduct extensive data entry tasks
Proofread content meticulously to ensure accuracy
Manage project traffic effectively
Maintain records and manage customer inquiries
Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status
Process customer credit applications with utmost accuracy and efficiency
Maintain precise customer credit records

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Digital Ops Specialist, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
Strong competency in Project Coordination, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
Excellent knowledge of digital operations and related technologies
Ability to analyze and interpret complex digital data
Demonstrable experience in handling digital operation tools and platforms
Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for troubleshooting digital issues
Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex digital concepts in simple terms
Ability to work under pressure, ensuring digital operations run smoothly at all times
Proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve digital operations and processes
Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and how they apply to digital operations
