Job Description:

Are you passionate about driving technical projects to success in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment? As a Technical Project Manager at Fever, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to deliver cutting-edge cloud-native solutions. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind project success, ensuring seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders, managing project timelines, and overseeing the customization of solutions to meet partner requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery, within scope and budget
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and dependencies
Mitigate risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and goals
Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams
Manage expectations and provide regular project status updates
Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software solutions
Plan thorough testing and validation to ensure project deliverables meet specified criteria
Work closely with the engineering team to customize existing solutions to align with partner requirements
Facilitate collaboration between project stakeholders and the engineering team to ensure a seamless integration of customized solutions
Possess a solid technical understanding of the engineering solution, enabling effective communication and collaboration with the development team
Translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and progress
Ensure resources are allocated effectively between different teams
Identify and address resource constraints to maintain project momentum

Requirements:

Experience with Agile methodologies
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Knowledge of modern web development practices and understanding of software development lifecycle
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a cloud-native software environment
Strong understanding of cloud technologies and architecture
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders coming from different backgrounds (technical vs non-technical)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Solid organizational and leadership abilities
