Job Description:

As a Digital Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate digital projects, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector. This includes a diverse range of tasks, from backend development and cloud technologies to content management. The role involves working closely with clients and managing multimedia projects while leveraging tools like Atlassian Jira, CMS, and CRM.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate and manage diverse digital projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion
Work closely with clients in the pharmaceutical and medical education sector
Regularly travel to events for on-site project management (travel expenses will be covered)
Handle multiple multimedia projects, ensuring all are delivered on time and meet client expectations
Utilize Atlassian Jira for project management tasks
Leverage knowledge of Cloud Technologies in project execution and management
Use your skills in Content Management System (CMS) and CRM to manage and track project progress
Enhance brand awareness through strategic campaign planning
Ensure all deliverables are met according to project timelines.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
Proficiency in CRM usage and management
Demonstrable knowledge in building brand awareness strategies
Expertise in campaign planning and execution
Ability to manage and deliver project deliverables on time and within budget
Familiarity with the digital landscape and its evolving trends
Exceptional leadership skills to manage a diverse team
Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills to navigate project challenges
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
High level of organization and attention to detail
Adept in using project management tools and software
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
