The Digital Sales Manager is a key driver of revenue growth, responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end Digital Sales portfolio by leveraging the marketing automation platform, Account Engagement (Pardot), and the database (Salesforce). This role involves activities to support customer acquisition through retention and advocacy strategies, including studying customer behavior, increasing fuel volume, expanding and retaining the customer base, making recommendations for improvements, and driving commercial revenue growth.
Job Responsibility:
Work with existing Account Engagement programs to ensure functionality and delivery
Segment and analyze customer data to understand customer behavior and design personalized engagement programs that drive funnel conversions and generate fueling customers
Monitor and track the performance of digital sales programs using Account Engagement analytics and reporting tools to optimize strategies based on insight and data-driven decision-making
Manage and implement digital sales campaigns with the target to grow our B2B business, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and automated programs
Work closely with sales teams to align on campaigns with sales objectives and drive the conversion of leads into opportunities and fueling customers
Collaborate with the Programs team to create engaging content and customer assets tailored to specific audience segments and buying personas
Stay informed about Account Engagement updates, new features, and industry trends to maximize the platform's capabilities and drive innovation in digital sales strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the global B2B organization, marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Account Engagement with other systems and processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred
Proven experience in digital sales, marketing automation, or a similar role, with proficiency in using Account Engagement
In-depth knowledge of Account Engagement functionalities
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, including email marketing, content marketing, and lead generation strategies
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive insights and decision-making
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Ability to manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously, with a high level of organization and attention to detail
3-5 years of experience working with B2B customer lifecycle programs
Proven success crafting digitally curated experiences for commercial customers
