This role is part of HPE’s graduate program designed to help you grow your career through meaningful sales work, focusing on digital solutions, market trends, and integrated technologies. The position is based onsite in Prague, Czech Republic and offers extensive training, mentorship, and competitive work-life benefits.
Job Responsibility:
Be given an assigned sales territory to grow and build your relationships, working with other businesses to advise on multi-products, services, and integrated solutions across our varied portfolio of products and services
Review account activities to uncover new business or up-selling opportunities
Build your own understanding of your clients’ industry, identify emerging market trends and opportunities, support with market campaigns, and execute campaign follow-up
Support the Digital Sales Account Managers and Partner Business Managers with day-to-day activities
Provide support with pricing, escalation and ad-hoc activities
Requirements:
Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in either 2024 or 2025 with a focus in business, management, economics, or related
Up to 12 months of relevant experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Czech
Experience or a proven interest in sales and a passion for technology
Excellent at building relationships at all levels and having solution-focused discussions
