Job Description:

We are searching for a Digital Solutions Architect to join our team in the financial services industry, located in Plano, Texas. In this role, you will be tasked with designing and enhancing our client portal's functionality, focusing on integrating advanced media technologies and ensuring scalable, secure, and engaging experiences for our clients and prospects globally.

Job Responsibility:

Design and enhance OTT/LMS platforms utilizing cloud-native technologies, including Salesforce Stack, Azure services for media, and entertainment
Develop secure, role-based authentication mechanisms integrating with enterprise identity providers such as Okta and Auth
Architect scalable systems to handle live streaming for a large number of concurrent users with media delivery and cloud-based content delivery networks
Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to implement advanced analytics and reporting features using cloud-based Business Intelligence tools
Maintain a modular, API-first architecture to support new content types and extensibility
Ensure global usability through localization, responsive design, and headless CMS architecture
Oversee compliance with international privacy regulations and internal standards
Promote content personalization by using AI/ML technologies and data analytics platforms like Salesforce Personalize & Data Cloud.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite including Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing digital advertisements and banner ads
In-depth knowledge of CSS for web design and development
Experience in e-Commerce application design and management
Strong graphic design skills to create visually appealing digital solutions
Familiarity with the financial services industry and its digital needs
Ability to architect digital solutions that meet business objectives and user needs
Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any digital issues that arise
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Proven track record in delivering digital projects on time and within budget.
