Job Description:

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Technical Program Group Manager for its Irving, Texas location. The role involves driving delivery of complex investment programs, contributing to technical strategy planning, and managing projects in Agile and Kanban methodologies.

Job Responsibility:

Drive delivery of complex investment programs
Contribute to technical strategy planning, systems design selection
Plan, execute and deliver projects related to existing technology product and program
Lead program intake and planning stages, including business requirement gathering and impact analysis
Lead product increment planning process
Direct program management activities
Provide support on in-flight programs under duress
Interface with senior management on program assessments
Liaise between participating teams and architectures
Manage project in Agile and Kanban methodologies
Utilize project management tools, including Jira and Confluence

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in any field
9 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Digital Technical Program Group Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or related position involving management of technology programs and projects
9 years of experience must include: Management of mobile application development and deployment projects
Risks and issues management
Coordination and management of applications deployment
Project documentation, project plans and roadmaps creation
4 years of experience must include: Project management using Agile and Kanban methodologies
Jira
Confluence
