Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Direct Inline Allocator & DPP Specialist to join Converse. The role involves ensuring smooth product flows from the distribution center and maintaining inventory levels in stores that support business objectives and efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze sales performance and inventory levels to make informed allocation decisions
analyze product performance across channels
monitor and adjust allocations based on sales trends, inventory levels, and market conditions
collaborate with planning and merchandising teams to align allocation strategies with business goals
prepare and present allocation reports and recommendations to senior management
identify and resolve allocation issues to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts
support new product launches and promotional activities with effective allocation plans

Requirements:

Relevant work experience in a similar role
retail experience is a big pré
analytical mindset
detail-oriented and strong planner
strong problem-solving skills
ability to communicate easily with different stakeholders
fluent in English
proactive and results-oriented
experience with SAP, Tableau, Excel
