Job Description:

The Regulatory Reporting role is a senior management position within the Controllers Organization that will report up through the Global Head of Regulatory and Capital Reporting. The individual will enable remediation of critical gaps in regulatory reporting and bolster the team’s ability to meet regulatory commitments to various regulators (local regulators, U.S. Federal Reserve, OCC, etc.) based on applicable requirements such as U.S. Regulatory and foreign regulatory reporting rules and instructions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide oversight to a team of senior team leads
  • Support the execution of critical deliverables tied to Regulatory Reporting Remediation Commitments
  • Assess the direct implications of new issues
  • Support and substantiate the development of the BCBS 239 Compliance process
  • Monitor and manage key metrics associated with reports
  • Manage process improvement efforts
  • Partner with Risk & Controls team
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the firm
  • Provide thought leadership to peers and program leaders

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of extensive experience within the financial services industry and regulatory reporting
  • 8-10+ years managerial experience
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. regulatory reports
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills
  • Strategic mindset
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks
  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 10+ years of financial analysis/reporting experience
  • Strong familiarity with GAAP/SEC financial reporting
