Support HR services for APEC above property offices (excluding South Asia). Act as an HR generalist, providing leadership and daily HR activities, including recruitment, compensation, and training. Ensure compliance with legislation and Marriott International procedures. Report to the Senior Director of Associate Relations & HR Services, APEC. Manage HR services associates in APEC locations.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with discipline leads to drive talent management at the continent/area office level
Establish policies and programs for managing continent/area office HR activities
Supervise the HR services team to deliver support in associate relations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, learning, and performance management
Collaborate with compensation and benefits COE to develop local total reward solutions and manage the annual merit and bonus cycle
Work with talent acquisition COE to hire, retain, and develop diverse high-caliber talent
Promote Marriott Culture at continent/area offices with support from office administration resources.
Requirements:
College degree in business administration with HR management
5-7 years of HR experience with supervisory skills
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PeopleSoft
