Job Description:

This position will play a crucial role in our financial department, managing internal controls, auditing, and risk management, as well as improving cash flow management and system optimization.

Job Responsibility:

Contribute to the monthly financial close process, ensuring the accuracy of account reconciliations, profit and loss reviews, and cash flow statements
Optimize cash flow management and intercompany process management, implementing risk mitigation best practices
Act as the subject matter expert on U.S. GAAP, ensuring adherence to technical accounting standards
Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory entities, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements
Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting
Develop and enforce policies and procedures to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency
Continuously evaluate and enhance our accounting systems to drive operational efficiency
Handle foreign exchange exposure, implementing best practices for risk mitigation
Communicate effectively with the FP& A team regarding variance analysis and other financial matters
Utilize accounting software systems, BlackLine, Concur, CRM, and Workday ERP for financial processes and reporting
Oversee accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, auditing, and budget processes
Conduct cash flow analysis, forecasts, and reports

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with BlackLine software
Familiarity with Concur software
Proficiency in using CRM systems
Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions
Expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
Experience in Auditing
Familiarity with Budget Processes
Proficiency in Workday ERP
Experience in managing Month End Close
Ability to perform P & L Calculation
Skills in Cash Flow Analysis
Ability to prepare Cash Flow Forecasts
Experience in preparing Cash Flow Reports
