Job Description:

Oversees the functions of Event Management, including Event Planning, Banquets/Catering, Event Service, and Event Technology. Ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and initiatives, focusing on customer needs, employee satisfaction, and financial performance.

Job Responsibility:

Oversees Event Management operations
Ensures implementation of brand service strategy
Executes property events with seamless turnover
Manages budgets and profitability
Leads event management teams
Ensures exceptional customer service
Conducts human resources activities

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
4 years experience in event management, food and beverage, sales and marketing, or related professional area
OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
2 years experience in event management, food and beverage, sales and marketing, or related professional area
