Job Description:

We are seeking a Director of Corporate Systems to join our team located in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be expected to identify areas of improvement in our existing processes and tools, develop product roadmaps to address these gaps, and manage programs to implement these improvements. You will also be responsible for creating synergies across our corporate teams and establishing best practices for the organization by aligning processes and tools to enhance our Corporate Systems business process flow.

Job Responsibility:

Identify gaps in current processes and tools and develop product roadmaps to address these gaps
Manage programs in support of implementing the product roadmap
Create synergy across corporate teams and establish industry best practices
Align processes and tools to enhance the Corporate Systems business process flow
Act as the subject matter expert, program manager, and ongoing support leader for the application portfolio
Conduct project scoping, detailed requirements gathering, test planning, and implementation orchestration
Perform light application configuration activities as needed to deliver projects, enhancements, and/or issue remediation
Have a deep understanding of Corporate Ops/Services business process and formulate and redesign business processes
Understand how specific tooling can impact performance gaps/efficiency and response time
Have a technical background and experience onboarding/offboarding enterprise applications like Workday, ServiceNow, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence)
Work with internal stakeholders to investigate, research, and procure/source
Have a deep understanding of how Corporate Services functions

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
Adept with Cloud Technologies
Mastery of CRM systems
Knowledge of various ERP Solutions
Familiarity with Backup Technologies
Strong understanding of Computer Hardware
Experience in handling Contracts
Prior experience in Deployments
Knowledge of Deskside Support
Familiarity with Workday software
Experience in Servicenow Application
Proficient in Atlassian Jira
Familiarity with Confluence software
