Job Description:

Oversees the functions of Event Management, including Event Planning, Banquets/Catering, Event Service, and Event Technology. Ensures implementation of brand service strategy and initiatives, focusing on customer needs, employee satisfaction, and financial performance.

Job Responsibility:

Oversees Event Management operations
Manages budgets
Leads Event Management teams
Ensures exceptional customer service
Conducts human resources activities

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
4 years experience in event management, food and beverage, sales and marketing, or related professional area
OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
2 years experience in event management, food and beverage, sales and marketing, or related professional area
