Job Description:

Are you a hands-on finance leader ready to take ownership of financial strategy in a fast-growing distribution business? Do you want to work closely with the CEO and owner to drive profitability, optimize financial operations, and help scale the company? Job Responsibility:

Own the company’s financial strategy and operations, ensuring strong financial health and scalability
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth
Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial controls to optimize profitability
Analyze cost structures, pricing strategies, and operational efficiencies to drive financial performance
Lead month-end close, financial reporting, and tax compliance in coordination with external partners
Identify financing opportunities, banking relationships, and funding strategies to support expansion
Provide strategic insights to the CEO and owner, helping guide key business decisions
Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and reporting for scalability

Requirements:

5+ years of finance or accounting leadership experience, ideally in distribution, wholesale, or supply chain industries
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred)
Strong financial modeling, cash flow management, and operational finance experience
Experience with inventory accounting, cost analysis, and margin optimization
Proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or other ERP/accounting systems
Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting while also driving strategy
