Job Description:

As a Director of Growth Marketing, you will be instrumental in strategizing and executing customer acquisition plans, managing digital advertising across various platforms, and overseeing budget allocation for maximum efficiency. This role operates within the industry and demands proficiency in Google Analytics, DTC, Performance Marketing, Growth marketing, Paid Search, and Paid Social.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategize and execute customer acquisition plans in alignment with our revenue goals
  • Manage digital advertising on social, search, affiliate, display, and streaming platforms
  • Allocate budgets strategically to maximize efficiency and performance
  • Oversee internal campaign execution on key social platforms
  • Discover and scale emerging channels to drive long-term growth
  • Align marketing efforts with brand initiatives and promotional timelines
  • Track and refine key metrics like ROI, acquisition costs, conversion rates to enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure data accuracy and provide actionable insights
  • Leverage quantitative analysis to refine media strategy, creative impact, and audience targeting
  • Oversee significant annual media investment, ensuring smart allocation
  • Develop forecasts and scenario plans in partnership with Finance
  • Present performance reports with key takeaways and recommendations to leadership
  • Lead external partnerships across digital, streaming, and affiliate channels
  • Maintain close relationships with platform representatives to leverage new opportunities
  • Collaborate across departments to refine messaging, landing pages, and creative assets
  • Improve processes for seamless teamwork on growth initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role such as Director of Growth Marketing
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics
  • Demonstrable expertise in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing strategies
  • Substantial knowledge and practical experience in Performance Marketing
  • Proven track record in Growth Marketing, with evidence of successful campaigns
  • Hands-on experience in Paid Search strategies and execution
  • Proficiency in Paid Social tactics and implementation
