Job Description:

Manages security/loss prevention operations at JW Marriott Ubud Resort and Spa, ensuring safety and security of property, employees, and guests. Leads a team, conducts investigations, and implements risk control measures. Requires experience in security/loss prevention and preferably in resort and pre-opening settings.

Job Responsibility:

Manages security/loss prevention operations
Protects property assets, employees, guests, and property
Ensures safety and security of all areas
Maintains logs, certifications, and documents
Improves guest and employee satisfaction
Maximizes financial performance of the department
Assists in emergency procedures
Conducts investigations of property losses
Deploys security staff
Conducts periodic patrols
Handles complaints and disputes
Implements risk control plans
Leads and develops security teams
Ensures exceptional customer service
Conducts human resources activities

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
4 years experience in the security/loss prevention or related professional area
OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Criminal Justice or related major
2 years experience in the security/loss prevention or related professional area
Previous work experience in Indonesia
Resort and pre-opening experience preferred
