We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Director of Marketing in the higher education industry, located in New York, New York. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a robust, revenue-generating marketing strategy that will extend our reach, increase our revenue, and reinforce our brand identity.
Job Responsibility:
Construct and implement a robust marketing strategy that is driven by revenue and that broadens our reach, increases our revenue, and strengthens our brand identity
Lead large-scale brand development and demand creation campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to television, radio, digital media, and social media
Manage rebranding initiatives, partnerships with influencers, and experiential activations that position us as a leader in health and wellness education
Translate high-level business goals into actionable marketing plans, ensuring clear execution and measurable impact
Align marketing efforts with our sales, product, and operational goals, ensuring an integrated approach to growth
Leverage data to optimize lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies
Drive customer acquisition and engagement through innovative multi-channel marketing strategies, ensuring maximum return on investment
Develop and manage a marketing budget, ensuring smart allocation of resources to high-performing channels
Oversee external marketing consultants and agencies, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and partnerships
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of major marketing campaigns across traditional and digital media
Identify emerging trends and new marketing channels that can expand our reach and revenue opportunities
Use various tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Social Ladder, and Klaviyo to track marketing performance and optimize campaigns
Monitor key performance indicators such as revenue attribution, customer acquisition costs, engagement metrics, and brand awareness
Leverage data insights to refine marketing strategies, ensuring scalability and profitability
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Marketing role, preferably in the Higher Education industry
Demonstrated expertise in Content Management System (CMS) and CRM
Proficiency in using Facebook Insights, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics for data-driven decision making
Strong background in creating and managing advertisements across various platforms
Proven track record in building and enhancing brand awareness
Extensive experience in campaign planning and execution
Previous experience in collateral management is a must
Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and trends
