Director of Quality Assurance

• Strategically assess production systems to ensure consistent compliance with quality, integrity, and functionality requirements
• Use data analysis to identify opportunities for system-wide enhancements to quality processes
• Partner with leadership and production teams to establish and implement sustainable quality benchmarks
• Create and roll out testing protocols that align with organizational and industry standards
• Ensure clear communication and collaboration between production teams and upper management regarding quality processes
• Examine quality test results, recommend adjustments, and direct corrective action plans
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes, including logs, reports, manuals, and audit pathways
• Implement quality auditing practices across all stages of production, from raw material inspection to finished product evaluation
• Develop and enforce standards that meet customer expectations, and conduct training to ensure operational compliance
• Introduce tools such as inline measurement gauges to improve floor-level accuracy and decision-making
• Act as the liaison between internal teams and customers, communicating resolutions and quality improvement initiatives
• Regularly report on quality progress and metrics to senior management and regulatory entities as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned to align with organizational needs

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing quality assurance systems in a production-heavy environment
• Familiarity with ISO standards, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks
• Excellent communication skills
• Deep understanding of quality assurance methodologies, regulatory requirements, and auditing techniques
• Thorough knowledge of manufacturing practices and related production workflows
• Remarkable organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Collaborative leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, focusing on Excel for data analysis and reporting tools
