Job Description:

Join Four Points by Sheraton Auckland as a Director of Sales in a community of approachable and straightforward talent offering simplified, not simple experiences to independent travellers. Develop and implement sales strategies, manage large group/catering opportunities, and lead the sales team to achieve property’s financial goals.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve property’s financial room and catering goals
Manage large group/catering related opportunities with significant revenue potential
Support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy
Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders
Ensure team upholds all company policies and procedures
Lead and manage all day-to-day activities related to the sales function
Focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships
Provide comfort and support to the team
Plan and execute team building activities

Requirements:

Experience in a similar managerial role
