Job Description:

Manages security operations on a daily basis, ensuring the safety and security of property assets, employees, and guests. Leads security teams, handles guest complaints, and implements emergency procedures. Requires relevant experience and certifications.

Job Responsibility:

Manages security operations
Ensures safety of property assets, employees, guests
Conducts investigations of property losses
Deploys security staff
Handles guest problems and complaints
Implements emergency procedures
Leads and mentors security teams
Ensures exceptional customer service

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
4 years experience in the security/loss prevention or related professional area
OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Criminal Justice or related major
2 years experience in the security/loss prevention or related professional area
Maintain first aid and CPR certifications required for Security officers

Nice to have:

Experience in leading security teams
Knowledge of local authority requirements for security and safety
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
