Requirements:

Advanced scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) and 8+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical industry experience OR Master's degree and 10+ years experience OR Bachelor's degree and 12+ years experience
Significant experience in market access, with a proven track record of successfully delivering key deliverables
Experience in the hematology/oncology therapeutic area preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Experience working in complex matrix environments and influencing stakeholders across different functions
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Experience with health economics and outcomes research is a plus
Experience in CAR T therapeutic area is a plus
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
