Job Description:

The Director, Owner & Partner Relations Luxury provides strategic account management to a portfolio of owners, franchisees and franchise hotel owners across Europe. The role focuses on driving fees, ensuring brand compliance, and supporting the continent’s growth structure.

Job Responsibility:

Provide strategic account management to a portfolio of owners, franchisees and franchise hotel owners
Drive fees, ensure brand compliance, hold owners accountable to renovation cycle commitments
Support the continent’s growth structure
Lead asset management workouts
Collaborate with Luxury Regional Vice Presidents
Coordinate with EMEA Owner and Partner Relations team
Ensure contractual obligations are met

Requirements:

Over five years progressive experience in a Finance, Asset Management, Operational or a Commercial discipline
Operational experience in a Luxury role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with hotel operations, owner relations, sales/marketing/revenue
A working understanding of financial and development opportunities
Experience evaluating business trends and developing new business programs
Strong ability to operate in a matrix environment
Knowledge of managing owner/franchise relationship issues
Strong business acumen skills
Strong diplomacy skills
Strong project management skills

Nice to have:

Advanced degree in Business or equivalent related area
Demonstrated success in evaluating risks and developing proactive strategies
Serve as a Marriott Culture Champion
