Join our premier client’s dynamic IT team in a critical role that brings innovation, strategy, and progression to the forefront! As the Director of Solutions Delivery, you will have the chance to not only lead cross-functional agile teams that support Investment-related teams but also foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth.

Job Responsibility:

Guide the development, support, and maintenance of intuitive applications connected to Investment Strategy and Investment Accounting
Nurture vendor relationships, and proactively address technology issues affiliated with our Investment Strategy and Accounting applications
Work hand-in-hand with investment teams to comprehend business roadmaps and convert them into groundbreaking technology initiatives and solutions
Enjoy the satisfaction of leading assorted internal and external teams to deliver solutions, whilst ensuring strict adherence to quality assurance standards
Showcase your leadership skills in coordinating the retirement of legacy systems and solutions

Requirements:

A B.S or B.A degree is a must-have whereas an advanced degree would add a shining star to your profile
Strong knowledge of investment platforms, Aladin is a huge plus
Knowledge of investment accounting
Knowledge of data analytics, data integration, and data warehousing
Your application should highlight 8+ years of experience in IT leadership with a focus on application architecture and development/programming
It's crucial that you bring in at least 5+ years of experience in managing outsource vendors, COTS, and internal staff
Your leadership journey should have at least 3+ years of experience in managing a cross-functional development team
Your technical prowess in financial and contract management would be keenly observed

Nice to have:

A deep understanding of investment and investment accounting processes and trends
Your prowess in applications architecture, frameworks, and enterprise solutions delivery
Fluidity in agile and project management practices
Having a certification would be a cherry on top
Your ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
