Job Description:

We are in search of a Director with extensive managerial skills in the IT sector to join our team. This role primarily focuses on overseeing a small IT team and collaborating efficiently with a local Managed Service Provider (MSP) to cater to our IT requirements. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Delegating tasks effectively to ensure smooth workflow within the IT team
Overseeing the implementation of hosted case management systems (OCM)
Demonstrating strong leadership skills to guide the IT team
Collaborating closely with a local MSP to address our IT needs
Managing the M365 environment experience, including Active Directory and Azure
Handling projects related to SharePoint, assisting the MSP in this domain
Ensuring familiarity with VOIP phone systems and their efficient functioning
Sourcing Internet Service Providers for new office locations
Coordinating with vendors on contractor hardware locations and cabling
Managing databases and laptops, including updates to Windows 11 where required
Working on basic support tickets using the FreshWorks ticketing system

Requirements:

Extensive managerial skills in the IT sector
Proven expertise in Cisco Technologies
Proficiency in Cloud Technologies
Strong knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Familiarity with various ERP Solutions
Demonstrable skills in Backup Technologies
Understanding of Computer Hardware
Experience in handling Contracts
Proven track record in Deployments
Ability to provide Deskside Support
