Job Description:

Robert Half is offering a dispatching position in North Miami with responsibilities related to coordinating personnel and resources, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining accurate documentation, in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate and prioritize the timely dispatching of personnel and resources to meet customer needs
Receive incoming requests for services and assign appropriate personnel and equipment
Monitor and track the progress of dispatched personnel to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
Communicate with field staff and provide them with necessary information, instructions, and updates
Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information
Maintain accurate records and documentation of dispatch activities, including incident reports and service logs

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a dispatching or similar role is preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using dispatching software or systems
Familiarity with geography and navigation tools
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Nice to have:
