Job Description:

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Dispatcher located in Jacksonville, Arkansas, United States. In this role, you will be instrumental in coordinating and managing the successful delivery and pick up by our team of up to 15 drivers. You will also be in charge of customer data management, confirming schedules for drivers, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and coordinate the routes for our team of drivers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Maintain and update customer information within our management system
Utilize computer programs and CRM to track driver routes and schedules
Confirm and communicate delivery windows to drivers
Handle billing functions related to delivery and pickup services
Use IBM AS/400 and ADP - Financial Services for various operational tasks
Answer inbound calls and provide accurate information to customers
Implement the 'About Time' management system in daily operations
Ensure clear and effective communication with both drivers and customers

Requirements:

Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
Familiarity with various computer programs
Experience with CRM systems
Knowledge of IBM AS/400
Ability to utilize management systems
Experience with 'About Time' software
Capability to provide concise and clear answers
Experience in answering inbound calls
Knowledge of various billing functions
Excellent communication skills
