The firm is seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join their growing Dispute Resolution department. The role involves managing a varied caseload of commercial disputes and representing clients in courts across Scotland. Job Responsibility:
Managing a varied caseload of commercial disputes
Representing clients in courts across Scotland
Conducting hearings in the Sheriff Courts and Court of Session
Providing advocacy in tribunals, arbitration, and mediation
Working closely with experts and counsel
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience within a Dispute Resolution department
Strong technical knowledge
Ability to handle contentious issues independently
Strong communication and organisational skills
Positive and responsive approach to client demands
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
