Are you an experienced dispute resolution professional looking for a specialist role? We’re seeking a Dispute Resolution Specialist to manage complex complaints within our Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) or External Dispute Resolution (EDR) teams.
Job Responsibility:
Independently manage complaints referred to IDR or AFCA, ensuring fair, well-reasoned decisions
Engage with customers and stakeholders professionally, providing expert guidance
Handle complex cases with strong analytical, negotiation, and resolution skills
Work closely with a supportive, experienced team to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in dispute resolution, complaints management, or claims (General insurance preferred
open to Life/workers comp experience)
Strong knowledge of AFCA, regulatory requirements, and insurance dispute processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage a dynamic caseload in a fast-paced environment
