This is an exciting opportunity to join a not-for-profit financial services organisation based in the CBD. This organisation is promoted for the level of independent support they provide to consumers and small businesses, they are passionate about finding solutions and are currently looking for multiple Dispute Specialists to join their Insurance Resolution Disputes team.
Job Responsibility:
Engage with consumers to gain detailed understanding of the dispute
Accurately record all details including key issues and outcomes sought
Analyse disputes, ensuring sufficient information has been provided to fully understand the dispute
Where possible facilitate discussions to assist in resolving disputes
Input all data into systems and send out templates
Follow up on further information if required
Requirements:
Previous experience working within disputes or complaints will be highly regarded but is not essential
Previous experience working within the insurance sector
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset & high level of attention to detail
Ability to prioritise work and manage your own portfolio
