Job Description:

The District Pharmacy Coordinator (DPC) is responsible for effective coordination of pharmacist scheduling, payroll management, and administrative functions to ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly. This role requires organizational skills, accountability, and regular communication with stakeholders, supporting both in-store and external clinic operations.

Job Responsibility:

Set and maintain Pharmacist schedule for stores in the district
Track pharmacist vacation balances
Track and submit pharmacist payroll weekly
Manage vaccine clinic scheduling
Support additional administrative needs to ensure safe, effective, and compliant pharmacy operations.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)
Pharmacy Technician Licensure/Certification must be obtained no later than 90 days in role
1+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills in both formal and informal writing and speech
Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Physical demands such as lifting up to 40 lbs, standing, typing, and close visual acuity.

Nice to have:

Associates Degree
Pharmacy Lead Technician experience strongly preferred
Familiarity and experience with mySchedule and Workbrain or other scheduling/time and attendance/payroll systems strongly preferred.
