Job Description:

The District Pharmacy Coordinator (DPC) is responsible for scheduling, payroll, and pharmacy operations, including scheduling vaccine clinics and supporting day-to-day administrative and operational functions. This is a non-exempt, 30-hour role with additional optional hours as a Technician. The DPC collaborates with the Pharmacy District Leader (Rx DL) to ensure compliance and effective operations in the pharmacy market.

Job Responsibility:

Set and maintain Pharmacist schedule for stores in the district
Track and submit pharmacist payroll weekly
Manage vaccine clinic scheduling
Support day-to-day pharmacy operations, including administrative tasks like Workday Delegate tasks/job changes, following up on registrations, audits, supply orders, exception reporting, etc.

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED
Pharmacy Technician Licensure/Certification must be obtained no later than 90 days in role
1+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills in both formal and informal writing and speech
Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Physical demands such as entering data using a keyboard, remaining upright for extended periods, lifting up to 40lbs occasionally, and engaging in repetitive motions.

Nice to have:

Associates Degree
3-5 years of work experience
Familiarity with mySchedule and Workbrain or other scheduling/time and attendance/payroll systems
Pharmacy Lead Technician experience.
