Job Description:

The District Pharmacy Coordinator (DPC) supports pharmacies in a market by managing scheduling, staffing, and compliance activities to ensure smooth operations and avoid disruptions. The DPC also serves as a delegate for administrative responsibilities and helps execute compliance-related tasks. The role is 30 hours per week onsite, with the option to work 10 additional hours as a Technician.

Job Responsibility:

Create and publish pharmacist schedules
plan coverage and contingencies
support outside immunization clinic scheduling and staffing
ensure payroll submissions are accurate and timely
track and manage vacation requests and pay code balances
partner to close gaps in PIC/POA registrations
monitor compliance-related issues like excursions and audits
handle administrative market pharmacy functions.

Requirements:

Strong organization skills
high accountability
consistent follow-through
knowledge of pharmacy operations
ability to schedule and publish pharmacist schedules on time
skills in contingency planning
ability to support scheduling and staffing of outside immunization clinics
serve as a timekeeping administrator
manage payroll submissions
track and monitor vacation requests
manage pay code balances
knowledge of compliance activities, including PIC/POA registrations and audits
ability to work onsite.

Nice to have:

Experience as a Technician to support pharmacy operations
familiarity with TempAlert excursions, Service Channel tickets, and exception reporting.
