The District Pharmacy Coordinator (DPC) plays a critical role in scheduling, staffing, and day-to-day pharmacy operations. This is a 30-hour per week, non-exempt role, with the opportunity to work an additional 10 hours as a Technician.
Job Responsibility:
Set and maintain pharmacist schedules for stores in the district
track pharmacist vacation balances and manage vacation requests
track and submit pharmacist payroll weekly
manage vaccine clinic scheduling and prevent client escalations
support additional administrative needs such as job changes, transfers, and escalations
follow up on audits, PIC/POA registrations, and other compliance-related tasks.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)
1+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
Pharmacy Technician Licensure/Certification must be obtained no later than 90 days in role
strong organizational skills
strong communication skills in both formal and informal writing and speech
proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
ability to enter data using a keyboard
ability to lift up to 20-40lbs occasionally
extend, reach, and move arms and fingers repeatedly.

Associates Degree
familiarity with mySchedule and Workbrain or other scheduling/time and attendance/payroll systems
