Job Description:

We are seeking a Division Controller to be a part of our team in Salinas, California. In this role, you will be expected to manage accounting functions, oversee software systems, and handle both accounts payable and receivable. You will also be tasked with annual budget preparation and auditing.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage all accounting functions within the division
Utilize accounting software systems such as 3M, Epicor, and ADP for financial services
Ensure compliance with Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) regulations
Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) efficiently
Prepare and manage the annual budget to align with company's financial goals
Perform audits to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting standards
Implement and maintain accurate customer credit records
Resolve customer inquiries related to financial matters
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

Ability to prepare and manage Annual Budget
Experience in Auditing processes and procedures
