Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate
Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer
In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.)
Proficiency in customizing Dynamics 365 CRM using custom workflows, plugins, JavaScript, and Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow)
Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM data model, security model, and configuration
Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript for developing custom applications and integrations
Experience with RESTful APIs, OData, and SOAP for integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems
Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and front-end frameworks like Angular or React is a plus
Ability to design and implement custom entities, fields, forms, views, and dashboards
Experience with PowerApps and Power BI for building custom business applications and reports
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM workflows, business process flows, and business rules
Experience with source control systems like Git
Knowledge of deployment and release management processes using tools like Azure DevOps or Dynamics 365 Lifecycle Services (LCS)
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers
Fluent in English

Nice to have:

Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and front-end frameworks like Angular or React
