Job Description:

We are currently looking for an E-Commerce Executive for one of the leading MNC players in the FMCG industry. This position requires your urgent attention. Reporting to: E-Commerce Manager. Location: Petaling Jaya. Team size: 2.

Job Responsibility:

Drive E-commerce Sales Growth: Strategically partner with e-Distributors and e-Retailers to achieve ambitious sales targets, leveraging data-driven insights and effective trade spend management
Execute Impactful Online Marketing Campaigns: Develop and optimize digital marketing materials and campaigns, maximizing ROAS and leveraging emerging platforms like TikTok Shop
Optimize E-commerce Operations: Manage inventory, streamline order fulfillment, and ensure seamless platform synchronization to maintain optimal online performance
Analyze and Enhance Online Performance: Utilize sales and marketing data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and continuously improve e-commerce strategies

Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in E-Commerce, preferably in the FMCG industry
Experience in driving sales through promo planning
Data-driven and creative in capturing the attention of online shoppers
