Job Description:

The E-Commerce Marketplace Coordinator will oversee marketplace operations by ensuring product listings are properly set up, troubleshooting issues, coordinating between teams, and managing logistics for product launches. The role involves collaboration across multiple stakeholders and platforms to facilitate smooth marketplace operations.

Job Responsibility:

Monitor all online sales platforms (Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Temu, Chewy, Faire, Etsy, and B2B contacts) to ensure listings are live, accurate, and optimized
Work with agencies and internal teams to create and upload new product listings, ensuring all necessary details are included
Serve as the liaison between agencies, warehouse teams, photographers, and marketing teams to facilitate smooth marketplace operations
Work with the warehouse team to ensure product samples are sent for photography and product launches
Coordinate shipments for new marketplace expansions
Collaborate with agencies to ensure product listings are properly set up and provide necessary assets
Communicate when ads need to be launched
Coordinate with teams to ensure proper setup, compliance, and logistics for international marketplace expansions
Regularly check for listing issues, suppressed products, incorrect data, or any marketplace-related problems and work with appropriate teams to resolve them

Requirements:

2+ years in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or a similar role
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, Temu, Chewy, Faire, Etsy, and B2B platforms
Strong coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders (agencies, warehouse teams, marketing teams, and photographers)
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy and completeness in product listings and operations
Ability to identify issues early and collaborate with the right teams to resolve them efficiently
Comfortable using marketplace management tools, spreadsheets, and e-commerce platforms
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to take initiative and work independently
