Job Responsibility:

contribute with input to the online country goal-setting process
steer sales and gross margin for all digital channels
generate performance reports on e-commerce performance
track performance metrics
analyze sales data and customer behavior
work cross-functionally to align e-commerce efforts with business goals
lead, coach, and develop a team of leaders and specialists

Requirements:

knowledge of the local market environment, expectations from customers on online market today and tomorrow
understanding of how consumers act, feel and behave in a retail environment
knowledge of the possibilities to activate sales and the use of the commercial calendar
ability to optimize the customer experience across digital touchpoints and content
understanding of the omnichannel reality, online customer behaviors
knowledge of project- and change management methods and tools as well as stakeholder management
