Job Description:

A prestigious trial firm is seeking a new litigation paralegal with eDiscovery experience. The ideal paralegal will have 5+ years of litigation experience and strong eDiscovery (Relativity) experience. This paralegal will join a truly collaborative team that handles high-stakes commercial and related litigation. This paralegal role offers unlimited growth potential within the firm!

Job Responsibility:

Preparing and running document productions
Running searches for attorneys for investigations, depositions, trial preparation
Liaising with forensic document collection vendors
Logging document collections, document productions in project plans
Comfortable using Relativity, second-generation discovery platforms (e.g. Logickull, Everlaw, Disco)
Basic trial preparation work
Cite checking
Subpoenas
Preparing exhibits, witnesses, etc.

Requirements:

LOCAL APPLICANTS ONLY - must be able to commute to Downtown Los Angeles 3 days a week
5+ years of California civil litigation experience
eDiscovery experience - Relativity
Trial preparation (state and federal)
Paralegal certificate

Nice to have:

Graphics/hot seat experience
